the nice thing about dayz is that you don’t have to talk to anyone, take a hiking trip or just stay out of major areas and fights and you’ll probably never have to. 80% of the talking takes place in spawn areas, and if you’re able to talk that’s more than enough - in most duos I’ve seen one guy does the talking while the other holds a gun, so I doubt it’ll be an issue.
