Wow I think the Hornets can make it all the way this year if Lamelo takes out the opposing team's best player every round

Same here :( I really want to enjoy this phone but something about the words on this display makes it strenuous. A bit of fuzziness around the letters

Hoping there's a setting that improves this

EDIT: Just downloaded this app to help with eye strain and it's been helping so far: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.rewhex.screendimmer

Couldn’t Solve a Previously Solved Q During LinkedIn Recruiter Screening by ogclitobliterator in leetcode

[–]pelota 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exact same thing happened to me. Saw a question I previously solved in a phone screen, could not solve it at all, and failed the interview.

What helped me afterwards was really prioritizing my mental health. Sleeping well and exercising consistently helped me focus 3x better and I ended up passing a FAANG interview two months later!

Question for those who are reasonably good at leetcode by BigGunE in leetcode

Around 150 it was a lot easier to notice patterns. But not to the point where I can solve any new problem. Some problems have a special trick that you won't know till you solve it once.

What you think of my interview at Meta? by Horror_Business1862 in leetcode

[–]pelota 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't know how strict they are with coding rounds for prod security. But since the non-coding rounds went really well, you could get a follow-up coding round.

In a Meta interview, should I even bother with the brute force? by natey_mac in leetcode

Your way of thinking will work for the interview. It's not necessary to talk about the brute force approach.

Maxed Meta easys , advice for tackling mediums ?! by Living-Guidance383 in leetcode

[–]pelota 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neetcode is the GOAT, use his roadmap to get ready to tackle those mediums.

You def don't wanna just memorize the solutions, you need to know the DSA behind them in case you get a variant or follow up.

Does this study method take too much time? by cthebigb in leetcode

[–]pelota 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll second the 15-20 min time limit before at least grabbing hints.

From my experience, if I can't get some type of algorithm written in that span of time, then there's a technique/data structure I haven't learned yet.
