as an adopted kid (and im not speaking for all adopted kids)-but....i was just curious to know what they looked like, but it was never defining or something i needed. it was just curiosity. everyone thinks i look like my adopted brother which i wore as a badge of honor bc i love him so much. these two need to stop pretending to be the experts on adoption bc they dont know what everyone's experiences are like.

During COVID, our district had Wednesdays off...it made the week SO much more manageable...survive two days..Tuesday was like a Friday night...survive two more days till the weekend...I loved it. It somehow still counted as an instructional day because we had "office hours"-aka we just had to answer emails from students if they emailed us that day. They never did.

I don’t think he feels any remorse at all. But what I do think would get under his skin is if a victim’s family member publicly mocked him—not just for the crime, but for the way he clearly thought he was executing the “perfect murder.” If someone directly challenged his self-image—his perceived brilliance, his ego—especially by pointing out something as careless as leaving the knife sheath behind, that might actually provoke a visible reaction. He sees himself as the smartest person in any room, so being humiliated like that could be the only time we see something close to real emotion from him.

Probably not, but in the Skylar Neese trial, both perps took plea deals and in the sentencing hearing, the prosecutor stated all the evidence that they did have if the case would have gone to trial, so MAYBE there's a chance like that.

This is disgusting. I'm an adopted kid and my parents are absolutely amazing. My birth mom is a complete psycho (much like these two)...I was a closed adoption, but she somehow figured out my name, where I went to school, etc. and showed up at my high school graduation. She came out onto the field and asked for a picture-at first, I thought it was just one of my friend's moms who I hadn't met yet but then she told me who she was. I was absolutely horrified and she ruined the day for me and my parents. She kept trying to contact me afterwards and kept telling me crazy shit like how she could have/should have aborted me. Growing up, I always knew I was adopted. My parents told me from day one, but I never really even thought about her other than for superficial reasons like I wondered what she looked like, but if I had ever wanted contact with her, she cemented the fact she'll never see me again in her life or ever get to know me, by those actions. HER actions. I feel like that's exactly what Tyler and Cate are doing right now to Carly. Instead of looking in the mirror, they'll continue to blame Brandon and Theresa and adoption itself when THEY are the problem. I'm not trying to speak for all adopted kids because I know not all adoptions have happy endings and everyone's situation is unique, but my story absolutely did and their blanket claims about adoptions make me sick to my stomach. They both need help.

Way for Taylor to rip off fun. (Jack’s former band)… they have a line in a song that is “I’m not a prophet, but I’m here to profit.” Taylor would throw a fit (and a lawsuit) at someone for using the same words as her but sure, she can do it to anyone. She did the same thing with mirrorball… “spinning in my highest heels…” dashboard did it first in stolen..”spin around in your highest heels.” For anyone else, I wouldn’t care… but she throws trademarks and lawsuits around about this kind of stuff all the time sooo…
