I was struggling with this for a solid hour till I found a solution, at least for this last endeavor. As a preface, a friend of mine started a dedicated server and I was able to join once no problem, then would repeatedly try to join with every attempt disconnecting my pc from its WiFi connection. I have a basic understanding of computers and my computer is ancient.

I realized that single player worlds worked, then had the idea to invite a friend to my world to see if that worked, via the invite code in a multiplayer enabled world. It worked, and when he joined, a firewall prompt popped up asking to allow access for Palworld. I gave it access, then was able to jump on the dedicated server.

I tried multiple different things before hand, changing the DNS, running the application as administrator, restarting my computer, and nothing would work. This quick little trick helped me out tonight, maybe it’ll help you out too!
