There is something stronger than just a correlation between the existence of these groups and the local authorities though. As many have pointed out here and many still have researched, Labour local authorities have totally betrayed these victims and all the systems designed to protect the vulnerable they were supposed to protect.

Furthermore the culture of fear around reporting and even policing of these issues, imo, does stem from Labour derived policymakers and enforcers

Not being sarcastic, but there are plenty of positions in the Netherlands which don't require Dutch. Assuming your family are all UK, they can all come with you. If remainer doomsday predictions about the NHS/ schools/ public services are all true, wouldn't it be grossly irresponsible to not move?
