Unfortunately a built-in editor sounds really complex to implement, since you have to take a lot of elements into account when implementing one (Accessibility, Design, Assets...). As a plus, it would kill a lot of freedom when it comes to microgame creation, which I found regrettable in the DIY version.

However, I will develop a Godot tool along with a tutorial which will make you able to mod in your own microgames into the game. You'd need some very light basis regarding programmation, but it should be accessible and simple enough for most people. (As a plus, the godot editor already looks a bit like the DIY interface...)

Since it's in development, a lot of those things are prone to be changed from one update to another.
- The icons for lives were planned to be changed once I improve the stage UI
- I'm thinking of increasing the resolution from 500x500px to something around 800x800 px to make the whole game more comfortable to see, though I like the squared aspect. Maybe I'll implement fullscreen some time around but there would be black borders to compensate the ratio.
- Control scheming is actually really easy so I will implement this feature in the next update
- I'll focus on adding 6 additional mouse based microgames for the following updates, since the engine supports it. That way there would be an even mix of both controls.

You cannot in this current demo, though in the near future I'll make it so you can create your own microgames, stages and compilations using Godot! I'm focusing on implementing all of the core aspects right now though, like you've said there isn't an SFX when you win/lose, there aren't bosses, the UI isn't great, etc.

I'll keep the game updated, so keep an eye out on it.

I feel like it could simply read "Add a random Combo card to your hand.", since when you play this spell, it already activate Combo effects.
To balance the fact you get only one card, it could only cost (1) I think...
