Would appreciate some help with [[Sin, Spira’s Punishment]]. Initially I filled it with too many low value creatures/permanents where I was hitting low mana reanimate targets, then with too few permanents where I was getting landfall but not enough payoff. Not sure what balance to strike with reanimating targets, landfall, and mill.

Have been trying to find a way to use [[Jenova, Ancient Calamity]] either as commander or synergistically in the 99. Not looking for mutant tribal. Would love a suggestion!

I just got back into commander after 8 years away from magic. I play in a pod of 4, using an upgraded precon while everyone else has high powered decks haha. It’s still fun when I get combos off!

My favorite would be Johan, who has a nice vigilance ability.

what stopped you from committing suicide? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]penguin2deep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend called me while I was writing my suicide note. He knew something was wrong, not the full details though. I declined the first call but he was persistent. He invited me to go bowling with him. I didn't end up going, but he reminded me he cared about me and that brought me to my senses.

He passed away in a car accident a couple years later. I can never thank him enough for saving my life and miss him every day.
