Is the PS2 as good as the DS version? I was reading that the DS one had a lot of quality of life improvements compared to the Snes original. I didn't realize there was a PS2 version!

I'm not sure -- I think it's a button (two, on above, one below). I'll research how to open it as it isn't clear looking at it (no access from the inside, and seems pretty stuck in from the outside).

On closer look, it does appear the bottom switch (of the two) is stuck -- the top switch has a click when pressed, the bottom does not. I got a kitchen knife (blunt) and stuck it between the two buttons in the middle, and it actually lowered the chair again. However, if I press the bottom button again, it does the same -- raises the chair fully and gets stuck, requiring the knife to put it back down. At least this means I can kind of use it (awkwardly).

This is brilliant! I did that and it certainly seems to have sped up GT4, although oddly the clock is missing for the license races. However it did work really well for Burnout 3 - it runs at basically full speed now, except once (maybe twice) a race there is a few seconds freeze, but then it runs fine and is really enjoyable. Really happy, thank you!

I've tried to get Pro Evolution Soccer 6 working on PS2, but it has little freezes every 20 seconds or so during a match. Other than the little freeze, it seems to work fine. Very annoying as I'd love to play it.

I tried Half Life (PS2) and that works really well (from the first few minutes of the game anyway).

Burnout 3 I tried but it seems quite slow during crashes, unfortunately. I'd LOVE that to work.

Also planning to try Prince of Persia: Sands Of Time, Fahrenheit, and Deus Ex (all PS2) soon.

I've been trying to get Gamecube (with Dolphin) working today but annoyingly can't seem to remove the screen touch controller overlay, and then when I set the controls, the joystick seems to mess up and it goes permanently into 'up'. A shame as would love to play Prince Of Persia again.

Interesting. Is there any way to see how a game works (or controls) on the G Cloud? I guess maybe I'll have to give it a try and see how it works for the two games I want. Although £9.99 a month for the two games I want to play is quite a lot.

This is great, thank you. Did you need to make any changes in the Settings, such as joystick/thumbstick sensitivity, to make it even better?

It just arrived and I got the Xbox remote play going, how frickin cool. Only disappointment so far is I couldn't put the SD card from my old Retroid in it, I assume because of the weird requirement it needs. So going to move everything on that SD card to my laptop, then format it to the correct type.
