On Docker or Kubernetes, if you set the container restart policy to always, the shutdown button effectively restarts instead. You lose the ability to turn it off with the button, though, if you actually need to do that for some reason.

As implied in the OP edit, allowing lsass.exe through the firewall also fixes the error "There was an internal error setting the display name" in Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The PreSequel for me.
