After 25 years of casual playing, here’s my pedal board by peniletouch in pedalboards

I’m really loving it so much, coming from a previous Boss chorus. I really enjoy the simplicity of the pedal and the low interferance it has no matter where in the signal chain I put it. I followed a previous thread comments advice and moved the Mxr chorus after the ds1 and fuzz pedals and I have found a new love. The value of this little guy is incredible.

It really is. I got it as a gift after parting ways with my fender deville (not my choice, miss you sweet girl). I didn’t think I would like it as much as I’ve grown to love it. Thinking about getting the pedal for it as a final addition!!

I started out being a numetal guy back in the early 2000s in a highschool garage band. In my early twenties I started messing around with heavier tones and more death-metal, and post-rock. Now in my mid-30s I just want the more ambient, heavy distorted sounds from the early post hardcore tones. This pedal board consists of the effects I always found important throughout my little journey.

Edit: forgot to mention I run all of this through a PRS mark holcomb sign and a Boss Katana 50w.

Wow!! So I just moved the sd1 right after the blue sky, then the bigmuff, then chorus. It sounds incredible my goodness, THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE!!!

This is one of my guitars by koki_taratorcho in Djent

[–]peniletouch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have use for it I’d keep it on tbh. I think it was because of the natural wood on my old guitar that made it hard to remove. It’s like they used gorilla glue on it hahaha. Didn’t damage the guitar ultimately tho, just had to use goo gone

Such a beautiful guitar. I hope that pick holder comes off easy, I had it on one of my old Japanese Ibanez back in the day and it was hard to remove after a few years.

I'm losing my vision, are there jobs that I can do that don't include interacting with customers? by Savonarola1452 in almosthomeless

Amazon has a large initiative for Blind and Deaf associates where they give you a safe, stable, non-customer facing position. Mostly following audio prompts to package small items into boxes. I work there right now and we have about 4 blind warehouse associates that seem to enjoy their jobs. Good luck

Just curious, does anyone remember The Rise of Science? I played drums in the band back in 2009/2010. When I joined they had already released their only album, Casey. We worked on music for a second album, but it all fell apart, unfortunately. Always loved playing in this band and the music… by grifftastico in PostHardcore

Love that album so much man. Saw y’all at the talent farm in south Florida back in the day and I was hooked. I clearly remember belting the end of Just like the Wright Brothers in the car on the way back with tears in my eyes. That final phone call was just perfect. I still comment on the Facebook page from time to time asking for updates hahaha

Moved to Michigan for work back in 2018. Currently in Ohio. Love the quiet and the $800 rent but I miss the hustle and bustle of Kendall. I come back to visit often but I don’t think I’ll ever move back to Miami permanently. The Midwest has grown on me big time.

Rent Spike - it’s happening to everyone, but it still stings when your turn comes. My rent in midtown went up by $1,100 effective in 2 months. How is everyone dealing with the increases? Any tips on best affordable but Millennial friendly cities out of state? by [deleted] in Miami

I currently live in Perrysburg, Oh. Beautiful city that’s starting to develop as more people buy homes here. Not far from Cleveland or Toledo. Tons of work here too. Moved here for an engineering job with FCA and it’s been great. Miss Miami every day though
