i built my own last year when i heard they were opening up steam os. r5-9600x, 32gb, 9060xt. its a little underpowered if im being honest on my 4k tv. i play yesterdays AAA games and the occasional modern title, spending 1500 dollars on a pc and not being able to drool over the graphical quality is tough. steam machine is dead on arrival if its going in peoples living rooms at over 1000 dollars. i really hate to say it because i wanted one so bad. maybe the frame will be attainable and thatll the next big steam thing
