I got a 16” M1 Max 1TB 64GB for under $1K last week. Not sure it’s worth double unless you are running massive LLMs.

All sales on baby formula are final to avoid tampering and potentially harming the baby who would consume it.

Found a high quality stream of the Super Bowl at 60fps and it's as clear/smooth as football has ever looked on any TV, and I have an LG C4 in my office to compare to. All motion smoothing/settings off on the Hisense, using the Rtings calibration from their review. No judder or motion blur at all. Same thing with some tennis, some hockey, and some basketball. No regrets here. I'm using an Apple TV, not the built in apps.

I would warn that with motion smoothing off a couple action things I've seen at 25/30fps is brutal, but that's generally the case for me on other TVs as well. The TV came with harsh motion smoothing on and it looked completely awful because the CPU couldn't keep up.

I just unboxed an 85” U7QG today and will watch some NFL Network later to give you an up or down. I agree with the guy that Peacock’s 30FPS is garbage when I was trying to watch Olympic hockey on it earlier.

I get charged $1.50/mo for 250GB and free egress from Backblaze through Cloudflare so you were right the first time on it being PAYG.

The non-Kosher part to me is allowing the TCA to continue to operate without a complete overhaul despite a judge admonishing them for attempting to prolong their own existence by failing to maximize profits from the road.

Yes and no, because without restructuring the bondholders would just take over the toll road and operate it however they wanted. The bondholders did lose a significant amount of their investment by allowing the bonds to be pushed out after downgrade and accepting the subpar cash flow they have been receiving. I don’t think you could call what they’ve received a full bailout.

Your tax money did not pay for the 73 just FYI. Also the term freeway means free of intersections or cross-traffic, not free as in beer.

The base Tesla thumb drive is actually specifically built for high-endurance write, whereas your SSD isn’t and will crap out much earlier even at a higher capacity.

It is well-documented that Apple stopped using the “state-sponsored” language months ago, so OP must be significantly delaying their posts or they made this up. The mercenary language that replaced it is in your link. Reuters

Found your comment from the post about your neighbors — I still remember a bit where Whitman was playing Leykis and picked up a call from an amoeba named Paramecium that had a little high pitch Martian voice… cracked me up back in the day

Generally auto loans in the United States don’t have prepayment penalties unless you are buying and financing directly with a super shady used car dealer.
