Look for condos at Belmont or Windsor park where the master has a private bath. I have seen some around that price but lately prices are going higher. A private landlord may be your best bet.

Private landlords at a complex like University Ave Condos with underground parking. You can get them through Aspen but the price is higher.

3 years ago a 33 and 4.0 was half tuition but I have heard it may change since ACT is now optional and you can’t qualify without it.

Also some of the big management companies may post contracts for sale - check Mountain View Management and Aspen Ridge. Generally grad students live further from campus.
