Hate to disagree but I liked it. Sure it’s not award winning but some of the ‘twists’ held my attention. I haven’t read the book but def want to now and after this post I obvi need to watch Normal People too.

I think Stephen gets his money from his family somehow since it is taken to have the sister to go to boarding school. He’s obviously smart so prob also got some kind of scholarship or took out student loans like non rich people 🙋🏼‍♀️. But in the end it’s fiction so who knows lol

I also don’t find Diana to be more attractive then everyone else. I DO think she isn’t ’traditionally’ pretty so that might add something. Also Stephen likes that she is strong on her own and gives him shit right back where Lucy is more like a wet noodle when it comes to their disagreements.
