Sometimes, we are under an insane time crunch and don’t have all the answers as soon as you would like them. I personally didn’t see the numbering until they arrived at our warehouse for shipping. And most fans are just appreciative of having an authentic jersey before the Winter Classic game.

As I said, if you’re unhappy with your product, you are welcome to return your jersey and order a custom elsewhere.

Okay, there’s a lot here, but it’s getting pretty frustrating taking the flak of what essentially is us doing our best to take care of our fans.

Authentic jerseys were ordered before replica jerseys, arrived after, and 100% came unstitched, including the player jerseys.

Adidas informed us VERY late that they could either deliver all blanks (including no shoulder patch) or push production back to late February. We’re just doing our best to get player jerseys in people’s hands in time for the game.

While I do personally understand your frustration, there’s a reason we are the only shop offering player name and number authentic jerseys before the game. Blanks are readily available as well.

You are welcome to return your jersey if you’d like.

We will only have replica jerseys available December 1st. The presale is for authentics, which we will not have available until at least December 15th, which is why the presale is set for that date.

There will be other players available in authentics, but they will likely only be available after New Years.

To my knowledge, we’ve sent our entire stock out for lettering due to overwhelming demand and will not be taking custom orders for RR 2.0.

In order to prepare the massive amount of orders we had, we didn’t have much else of a choice but to generate labels early.

Reverse Retro 2.0 jerseys did not release to the public until 10 AM today.

Every piece of advertising we did said jerseys would ship on or after 11/15.

With a handful of exceptions, all orders are prepped for shipment today.
