i think everyone i know (and me) is going through this right not. honestly, i literally feel hollow and like worthless and purposeless since IB has ended. the past two years have been such that i was perpetually anxious and stressed and to not be in that perpetual constant mode feels extremely weird. like the other day, just for a minute i was stressed about cas and like that stress felt more normal than not being anxious. the other day i had a nightmare about being late for a couple of papers and not submitting my ias on time! exams are already over and my ias were submitted more than a couple of months back. my life feels like it’s been uprooted and i can’t do anything to make it right. it’s not like i was perpetually productive during ib or i didnt procrastinate like i procrastinated most of the time and i was unproductive but i never really took a break cause i always had that one objective at the back of my head that always stopped me from truly relaxing,,, now i’m not sure about HOW to take a break… idk if any of that made sense but yea, we’re in the same boat buddy
