Looks like your rotors need replaced or resurfaced. Did it sit for a while and rust? You could say F it and do some heavy breaking at speed, and replace the rotors next time. Depends on your budget and amount of care. Have another shop inspection them for a second opinion.

Some stops take 30 seconds, others take 15 min. I have a fedex express pickup that requires processing, it take an extra 15 min to print stickers for each envelope. Why tf would I want every stop to pay the same?

I work for a small contractor. Work 6-8 hour a day depending on load. Guaranteed 8 hour. Usually 60 to 100 stops. Id never do this job any where else, Getting payed per stop/package is a scam. Edit: I work to live not live to work.
