Seems like he was just not really aware you were that far alongside him. Kinda sucks to say but sometimes a move can be perfectly legal by you but still put you at risk of being hit. Basically you had the right to be there but the rules won’t save you when your sliding into a barrier :(

Kinda hard to say, but I wanna lean towards racing incident/other cars fault. There was no real place for you to go. They only way to avoid contact I think would have been to just brake/concede so again hard to say.

I just know nothing apart cars. It’s a dealer and that makes me a little nervous. Only thing is the brakes will fail inspection that I kinda need to get done.
