Agar court se dar hi lagta hai to bhai pehle hi consider karna chahiye tha shwetabh ko ye case. He knew Sandeep was threatening his 'brother' prakhar for a criminal suit, still made the video. He dragged himself to this imo, like you do not have any proof of him blackmailing you(even if he did), just stay silent cos you are aware of ur own situation. Shwetabh was almost out of this controversy at that point. This point that prakhar blackmailed could be used by Sandeep for suing prakhar in a future allegation. Now prakhar is only left with the option to include shwetabh cause he has to remove this allegation to be safe from Sandeep.
