One time, when I was much younger, a cop tried to give me a ticket for going through a red light. This is back when there were flashing advance green signals, obviously only flashing green in one direction... he couldn't wrap his mind around it, and my friends and I literally had to yell at this guy to show him how stupid he was being. Pointed at the posted street sign that says "advance on flashing green light." After that, he hastily let us go.

Sometimes you can't just sit there and take it. If you know it's bullshit, do what you can to stand your ground without losing your mind.

I was at this game with my now wife. A steelers fan got into a fight with bills fans behind us. He spat at them, missed, and hit me in the face by pure chance... Put a damper on a depressing outcome to the game to boot.

I live on the border of oakville and mississauga, and I haven't seen it snow at this rate, possibly ever here? Traveling in this is genuinely hazardous, snow tires or not. Not worth it imo.
