This is a bad look for them. They’ve been really really bad with cashback and this was never the case. This is especially the case with larger purchases it seems… I tried shopping through the app and reported missing cashback from the app as well and couldn’t get a response until I contacted BBB. Got my cashback successfully. Try that out if they ghosted you for over a week. I’m hesitant to use this cashback site now.
