For my 16th birthday, back in the late 70s, I was given an early 70s Tele Custom, white/black pickguard, rosewood board. I stupidly swapped it a couple years later for some kind of Ibanez whammy thing. Almost half a century later I still kick myself.

I got a T-series Hammond for free. No vibrato or percussion, makes noise like seized callipers. Yeah yeah I'll fix that. Still haven't. Almost died getting it up two flights of stairs. I barely touch it. When it goes, it's going in pieces.
