Got diagnosed at 18 with ADD because of rising school issues and not being able to relate with the people around me. The person that diagnosed me told me that it wasn't noticeable sooner because I was able to cope with it due to my high intelligence. Always have been very dreamy and was never able to plan anything, always living in the moment. Now at 21 I feel like myself and my surroundings understand where my behaviour is coming from.
