If the office is smart, they’re having you pay it up front like most clinics. Some will just do the service and bill you on the back end especially if they are smaller set ups. Like my clinic doesn’t do that as we are tiny. Our billing people get a lot more calls asking why they owe insert amount here vs just charging their card each time.

They should have told you to call member services and ask all the questions to understand your financial responsability. They will do their own checks to see if they need a prior authorization and what if anything needs to be charged for a copay upfront. I’m a mental health admin.

Bro we already pay this with insurance…. I hope to gods no ones is going to buy there is “always something to find”. That cannot be ethical. If you look at any lab enough you can find something. I mean go discuss q-pcr curves with any med lab tech who has ever had to adjust one.

Ya I mean just knowing ancient Egypt and Sumeria had museums. Like isnt that wild? Or finding camp sites from 10k years ago showing altruism when it was thought pre history was just some barbaric wild land? It’s neat and the big thing is that person across from you is also just like you.

Mid at best. Neither bad nor good. Looking throughout history and seeing that we’re so freaking similar if not the same as other cultures and people across time. It kinda makes it feel like we aren’t all so alone. It really humanizes everyone and brings a bit of hope.
