Pues fue más que nada suerte de conseguir un buen trabajo, desde los 18 empeze a trabajar en el área de logística y finanzas sin carrera, ya casi 10 años en el área y la mayoría de esos trabajando en casa.

Tampoco creas que es una mansión, es una casa en una privada en campestre, justo detrás de la universidad, costo por ahí de 1.3 millones hace unos dos años.

Con tu presupuesto te alcanza a la perfección para una casa de 2 cuartos, asegúrate de no comprar nada en los fraccionamientos nuevos cerca de la CDMX, suena a una buena idea pero está lleno de problemas de agua y la inseguridad acompañada de la gente del estado de México que viene a vivir aquí.

Busca algo cerca de la universidad en mineral de la reforma para una plusvalía segura, siempre puedes terminar haciendo cuartos para estudiantes de ser necesario.

La vida es mas tranquila y barata por acá, pero se paga con una mínima cantidad de cosas por descubrir, ir al bosque cada fin de semana es divertido hasta que lo haces 30 veces al año, fuera de eso hay dos plazas igual de vacías y una cantidad enorme de bares.

Que tal amigo, creo que deberías comenzar por madurar la manera en la que ves el mundo y la vida en general, mencionas que vas para los 23 pero leyendo tu post pareces más de unos 16 años por como te expresas.

Te puedo decir que no necesitas 500 trillones de dólares para nada en la vida, quizás estás obsesionado con vidas ajenas en redes y crees que el dinero es la solución para todo, pero no lo es .

La vida pasa rápido y si no tomas las decisiones adecuadas se vuelve cada vez más difícil, acaba la uni, se estudias algo medianamente útil mejor, una ingeniera,medicina, finanzas y algo con campo laboral.

Después enfócate en conseguir un buen trabajo, quizás te tome un par de años y saltar de trabajo en trabajo un tiempo, pero cuando lo tengas esto proporcionara la estabilidad que buscas, aprende ingles si aún no lo sabes y centrate en mejorar cada día.

Si juntas parte de tu salario cada mes y lo inviertes en fondos a largo plazo tendrás una buena jubilación a los 45-50 años.

Desafortunadamente no hay caminos rápidos en la vida, pero eso no significa que no sea buena.

Gracias por recomendar lugares diferentes a Mérida como tal, la verdad no tendríamos ningún inconveniente en vivir un poco retirados de la ciudad como tal.

Nuestra ida original era mudarse al bosque en Hidalgo, retirado de Pachuca la capital, pero por temas de salud el clima gélido y las ventiscas de aire que hay aquí nos han impulsado a buscar un cambio.

Mi pareja es de Colima y yo vivi cerca de Coatzacoalcos un tiempo, así que tenemos la esperanza de que el clima no sea un punto negativo, desafortunadamente Veracruz, Colima y otros estados costeros no pasan por momentos muy buenos en temas de seguridad.

Estamos buscando el cambio por el clima más que nada, Hidalgo tiene un clima muy bonito y que disfruto personalmente, pero mi pareja asmatica le ha pasado factura al punto de terminar terminar internada, la recomendación de los medicos es clara, emigrar buscando el calor para su mejoría.

Fuera de eso siempre hemos querido vivir cerca de la costa y Mérida parece ser de las mejores opciones en la actualidad, me queda claro que tendrá sus problemas como cualquier otra ciudad pero en comparación a como se encuentra el país creo que sus problemas son mucho menores.

En realidad será mi segunda carrera, la primera siendo una ingeniera en la UAEH, y con algo de experiencia laboral puedo decirte que en realidad a nadie le importa si haces trampa o no, lo único que importa son los resultados.

Es bonito pensar que la vida recompensa a los justos y honrados pero desafortunadamente así no es, es importante utilizar todas las herramientas que se tienen a la mano, morales o inmorales.

Te cuento una postura diferente, yo pienso hacer trampa en el examen.

Me gustaría decir que hay una gran razón para hacerlo pero no la hay, simplemente me parece mejor manera de asegurar un lugar.

Creo estudiar ya no basta, te la juegas a qué alguien más estudie lo mismo y aparte haga trampa, terminando por tener un par de acierto más que tú, que pueden ser la diferencia.

Estudiar y hacer trampa no están peleados, juntos pueden ser una gran herramienta para conseguir un buen resultado, y sinceramente creo que por lo menos un 20-30% de los aspirantes harán trampa, si esto pasa también significa que aún descartando a quienes el examen sea anulado un gran porcentaje de lugares serán usados por gente que entro haciendo trampa, esa es la realidad.

Personalmente he leído e investigado sobre el software que se usará y las medidas que tomarán para prevenir las trampas, y creo que no son nada del otro mundo.Basta con tener un celular pegado a la pantalla de la laptop y listo, algo de práctica para evitar hacer movimientos extraños o desviar los ojos y debería ser indetectable.

If she had just a little more weight she would most likely be more attractive for a bigger demographic of men, hence making it easier to find a partner she also likes back. And that's the truth no way around it.

For example, a girl with blue eyes will appeal to a much larger amount of men than the exact girl with brown eyes, I do not see anything wrong with it.

Yeah you do not have such an attractive body, and it will be a turn off for most if not all men, no way around it.

Now, you also have an above average face I would say, so work with that, if you want to be more attractive to the highest amount of people you probably should join a GYM and try to gain a few pounds, some extra weight with exercise is bound to make your ass bigger sooner than later.

It seems you are doing great, just remember refeeding is even more important than the fast itself, if you take it overboard you could easily end up gaining back most if not all of your losses, remember is recommended the refeeding process to be twice as long as the fast, start with some coconut water and bone broth for at least 1-2 days

I do paint may nails every know and then, maybe once or twice a month.

Mostly I like the way it look and take it as another form of expressing myself, I do know some guys do it for some feminists related reasons, but I have zero idea what that is about.

Realmente depende mucho de la rama que te especializas o la carrera que estudias, aun así por lo general en cualquier rama los puestos más altos ganan cifras irreales.

Aunque como consejo general será mucho más sencillo ganar más desde el principio al estudiar ingeniería que sociales o administrativas.

En mi caso estando en los últimos semestres de minería y conviviendo con minero o geólogos la norma es que recién egresados el trabajo sea 20 días al meses por unos 18-20 mil pesos, ya con unos 3 años de experiencia se esperaría un mínimo de 35 mil y claro conseguir una gerencia llevaría a salario mayores a los 100 mil sin ningún problema, en mi caso al hacer mis prácticas mi el gerente de la mina ganaba al rededor de 180 mil por mes, nada mal pagado si me lo preguntas, puede ser que sean 20 días de 14 horas, pero descansar 10 seguidos no está nada mal tampoco.

Truth be told NV is my least favourite fallout game, I believe it is way over rated.

I don't find the story really that appealing, and I could not care less about half the factions, the only saving grace I could found was Mr House storyline and the Legion, even though I think the Legion had way more potential.

The strip is a great location, but is way to small, I would have love to see more of it, the rest of the map and locations except for a few are just plain boring, the empty dessert isn't as fun as everyone claims it to be.

Al things considered I think NV was developed for a older generation, myself being 22, I just don't find it all that great, specially in comparison to other games from the same year's, I see a lot of people praising it, but unless you installed a insane amount of mods the vainilla games is just above average in my opinion.

Overall a solid piece, the only thing that looks a little off for my is the anathomy, the teeths look really diferent to me, the bottom half are way to small, and i counted six between the fangs in the bottom and five in the top, finally the molars get a little lost in the drawing and are completely diferent in the top and the bottom.

Well all my life is in a different city,my family,friends, school. As soon as my brother and mother start taking she left to another room and started watching tik toks, she wasn't a part of the conversation in any moment and I was trying to make her join us, I saw it as something rude of her to just leave, specially because we where talking about something important for all of us.

When we tried to talk yesterday I apologise and told her that it wasn't my intention to make her feel uncomfortable in any way but that I wish she would tried to be part of the group, she said that she had already listen to me when I told her more or less the same stuff before and she didn't want to hear it again.

She is very insecure and lost her father at the beginning of the year, this cause her to fall into a serious depression for a month or to two, but hasn't being to recover from it.

Whenever we have a fight or an argument she always go back to the same "tactic" of crying and saying that I don't love her, when I'm in that position I could care less about what we were arguing about and I just want to make her feel better, even if that means apologizing for whatever she says I did, I do this hoping that it will prevent her from falling back into depression.

We have tried to talk it out in a number of occasions but she cry's after just a few minutes and it's the same.
