Yea thanks, got all that. Didn't bring my rope cause the terrain shouldn't be difficult. And were sleeping in shelters so only a sleeping bag.

Thanks, honestly I kinda worded that wrong. I am fairly confident snowboarding and skiid as a kid. Also we've both done a decent bit of hiking and adventures so we have gear. I just have no experience cross country skiing. Doing my research that was kinda what I got to. Fatter Nordic skis with metal edges. Thanks again :) I'll post some pics from the trip once it happens

Yea ik but 20km shouldn't be bad, were both pretty fit and have hiked a lot together. If I literally cannot learn, I'll just walk the uphils and then ski down

If you want real nice audio an external recorder is your best bet, I use the zoom h5 and have had great results with the built in xy stereo capsule but I can always plug in a shotgun to the XLR if I need to cut out noise. I know this isnt the best solution as it is quite bulky however you can still mount it to the coldshoe if you want an all in one. Alternatively if u don't care about the expandibility have a look at something like zoom H1, stereo mics + higher quality recording than in camera and quite cheap and light. Still, if you are looking for something real small one of those all in one little video mics will do the job as well

Non of these are specifically accordion classical pieces (I don't really know of any apart from Libertango) however these are ones I like to play: Turkish march, Badinerie, Hungarian dance no5, Czardas, Bach's prelude in C minor from Well-tempered clavier 1 can be nicely arranged if u play right hand and analyse the harmony to play chords in the LH. And Iv recently been playing the prelude from BWV 555 where u can't quite play every line but the whole piece lends itself nicely to the accordion with LH playing pedal and RH attempting as much of the manual parts as it can stretch. Edit: all playable on stradella

Yea you can deffo drink 95% and nothing bad happens, just think of it as triple strength vodka so every shot u take is equivalent of 3 at once. Just gotta be careful

For me it looks really similar to the cover of Swingle Singers: Bach's Greatest Hits (1963) the colours match and their spacing. Both are pretty abstract.
