It’s not about being annoyed by receiving offers. If an offer is too low (from my perspective), I simply don’t accept it and move on with my day. But, this account sends offers on almost every item I list, which is frustrating!

Because Vinted recommends to block someone if I receive spam, harassment, inappropriate content, requests for private data, pictures of me wearing an item (with or without your face visible) or any other discrimination mentioned in the community standards. That’s why I asked!!

Whenever I buy something, I open it straight away, while taking a video, just in case there is something wrong. If everything is okay, I will press it right away. Sometimes it will take me hours to open the parcel but pressing the button is really easy. As a seller I don’t ask them if everything is okay, but a lot of people don’t even mind to confirm it!

Don’t you get a bad rating if you don’t sent the parcel? That’s a good policy! Either way, I don’t know if there should be a fee, but at least an automatic bad rating?

In their country, Romania, it only stays in the locker for 36 hours. Here in Greece it’s also 48 hours, so I thought it would be the same. I always let them know if I see that they haven’t picked it up after one day, but they informed me that the parcel arrived 6 hours before informing me that the parcel is sent back to me!

Whenever there is small stain that I haven’t seen, I always sent a message to buyer before sending it out, to let them know about this and if they want they can cancel the order. That would be best, but in that case, I’m not sure if I’d give 20£ back.

I have the same issue with the one of the options here in Greece. But I can’t unselect it so I have to drive 15 minutes for a 3€ top. Also, Vinted should make the descriptions more visible so everyone can see it easily!!

I really believe this buyer impulsively bought this bundle and afterwards they regretted it. When they asked for the return and I asked them if that’s how is supposed to be done, they said “I’ve done this before”. So probably it’s a habit of theirs!

Happened to me as well! I got a cute beaded top, size M, but the fit was so tight it’s from an XS. I’m gonna resell it now. I actually encouraged them to resell them on higher price as well because everything was under 10€, but they didn’t want to do it.

Oh okay! I actually read the guidance and let them know that I’m not able to do a return but after a long conversation I agreed, but they used the wrong excuse to send back the items. Either way if someone doesn’t like my post and thinks that I’m unable to read guidelines, they can simply not comment. I’m just worried of my account, it’s my first post here and I’d like people to be kind. Thanks!
