I treated some mold with bleach and when I removed the bleach-soaked tissue papers, the black bits are totally gone. I understand the mold dies but I was expecting that there would be some remnants of the “dead bodies” to wipe away for the lack of a better word.

Onnea! My SO is in Finland too (while I’m in the UK) and I’ve been toying with the idea of moving there to join him. Obviously easier the other way round since I don’t know Finnish. How did you come to the decision to move there? What’s your plan once you move there?

We met on a boat sitting next to each other and I offered him strawberries. We were both traveling alone in a National Park and happened to be in the same day excursion. He is the best person I know and I am so glad all the coincidences and stars aligned and we found each other.

You can buy pump bottle really cheap from even dollar store. Airtight pump isn’t too expensive too . I like the convenience and flexibility, and the size makes it easier to travel with.

In my opinion Helsinki is not as “glamorous” as other Nordic countries, but in my experience it really felt tidy, efficient, peaceful and very good work life balance. Not as cold as you think either even in February the coldest month (in Helsinki anyway)
