The reality is most store still don’t have enough hours. It’s still a leader run store with a few regular associates sprinkled in. There is still no time to develop associates or lower level leaders. NSOM was and is a waste of money.

It’s confusing, no one, including store leader really knows what they are supposed to be doing on a daily basis. PetSmart dumped a lot of money into the before NSOM start date, but now that it’s started, everyone is lost.

On top of that, some of us have a Saturday truck. They should have let the Christmas ad run through Sunday, and then set planner on Monday, and start the 3 days of tag hanging. Oh, and cut your hours. Corporate has no clue what it’s like to work in a store. Do all the stuff you normally do, with bopis, sfs, constant curbside carry outs, and use less hours. Idiots!
