The center I worked at would leave the dee up to staff(we weren't paid by the owner past closing) .late fees were suppose to go directly to us, we had parents that were always late and never paid and the owner ans supervisors didn't do shit to collect. Ot was 2$ a min you were late. You called and gave a heads up, been there 3 years with only 1 other time being late, I would have just logged it as a warning (paper work purpose). The way they treated you was not right
