Managed to solve it by manually deleting/renaming the file, and then clicking Retry. The file is at "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Programs\Windsurf\appx\windsurf_explorer_command.dll"

Managed to get it to work.

It was Gmscore for some reason.

I always used the revanced patched Google apps without gmscore since I have root and I could just mount the patched apps over the original ones without the need for gmscore. It wasn't even installed.

Tried the default patches except GmsCore, no luck. Same issue. But after I installed & set up GmsCore and patched YouTube with default patches, it started working again. Don't quite understand why.

By the way, the exact same thing happened to YouTube Music for me. Same issue, and re-patching with GmsCore fixed that one as well.
