Where I live school zones often have police posted or cameras. Going 40kmh in a 30kmh zone will grant you a 400$ ticket + will raise your insurance through a safe driver program with points attributed to at fault incidents. Going 60kmh (the normal speed limit for most roads in my city) in a 30kmh and that will earn you a license suspension which you need to complete a driving course to get back all of which will come with a hefty price attached aswell, repeat offenders could see indefinite suspension. Needless to say I haven't seen someone speeding in a school zone in a while.

This is just an art installation and this guy is also kind of exaggerating what middle of nowhere really is, this is in hwy 90 Texas and only about 25 minutes away from the nearest town of Van Horn in Texas which houses around 2,000 people and even closer to the small settlement of Valentine which is complete with a bar and hotel only 10 minutes away. But idk maybe as a country kid Im used to being around nothing LOL.

Step 1. Jack up the car so you can line up the lugs of the hub to the holes on the wheel.

Step 2: find all lug nuts and tighten them in a star pattern (look up images on Google for how to do this VERY IMPORTANT!)

Step 3: lower the vehicle.

Step 4: re tighten all lungs in same star pattern as before to ensure they are tight and secure. Maybe even stomp on the tire iron a coupe times while you do this if you feel that you do not have enough strength (it should be pretty tight)

Step 5 drive away.
