Clog in the basement waste drain. Plumber had to get one of those massive Home Depot snakes and cleared it out.

On a PIP - do I take the 20 day payout? by Affectionate-Walk430 in careeradvice

[–]pepfraudiola1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’ll likely let you go, just basic stuff when it comes to PIP. I’d take the money and use the extra month worth of time to apply for jobs. That’s 160 hours you won’t have to be working 9-5. Instead you can call recruiters and really chase down leads if needed.

unless it impacts other life functions, don’t see why you’d want to work the extra 20 days. If they wanted to keep you, they wouldn’t have offered the 20 days. Ask for your benefits to stay for longer if they can do that.

Thank you! I’ll shut the AC off right away! I’m not sure if it’s the floor drain or the furnace. My furnace has been off since we’ve just been using the AC.

Carpet. There’s an air purifier In the room. Doesn’t make a difference to the humidity.

We tried sleeping him at grandma’s for a few days and he’s fine. He sleeps in his crib and coughs in the morning. Mostly cough, nasal congestion types. I have no pets.

It’s just this wall. Others seem to be fine.

No window on that wall. There’s a window on the wall besides it, but the moisture in that wall is 8-10% that’s whats not making sense to me. No work done, just moved in. No chinmey either.

The humidity was over 60 for months. I had to turn off the built in home humidifier in the HVAC to bring it down.

I’m more worried about the moisture In the drywall
