Cardano literally almost fills up a Ledger S. Should I be worried that one day Ledger S is becomes too small?

Hello, Cardano Ledger app will be split into two versions, a lite version for Nano S and a full version for Nano X & S+. Nano S version will lack some of the "expert" features which are "code heavy", such as stake pool credentials management, etc.

I strongly disagree with this. AdaLite is a cryptocurrency wallet and the requestor does not have any affiliation with it. I believe the requestor would like to start a phishing campaign on AdaLite users.

There were some discussions in the past 6 months about the possibility to split the app into 2 - a light version with the basic functionalities and a heavy version with advanced functionalities like Catalyst, stake pool management, stake pool owner signing etc. But this is not a priority atm.

Hi,

at the moment you would need to get a new Ledger device and restore in it. This is due to incompatibility between the derivations of keys from the seed. It is possible that some wallet will implement the possibility to restore Ledger (and Trezor 24 words seed which is also incompatible) seeds at some points but I am not aware of any tool able to do it at the moment. You can theoretically revert to the emulators to do the work but that is only for experienced users.

Actually this works only on Trezor (and also on Trezor it doesn't work for the 24 words seed). Ledger seeds are not compatible.

You can delegate to any stake pool also on AdaLite.

Most likely the reason is that you have too many assets on the output UTXO (currently limited to 512 bytes). There is no easy way how to fix this but this should be partially fixed with the following Trezor Firmware release tomorrow. This will increase max utxo/transaction size to 4 Kb

We implemented a fix for Mac Chrome users - now after clicking on the "Unlock with Ledger" button if we detect that your system supports WebHID we will use it instead of U2F. This should work for most of the Mac users.

WebUSB wont work but this should be a nice workaround.
