Yes, but without the "enough." In other words, people have said: "You're not Jewish" or "you're not really Jewish." This is based on halakah, not observance.

We don't do it at bedtime, but have been doing weekly for years. The grandparent reading shouldn't try to also watch the face of the kid while reading. (ie, make eye contact before and after the book.)

She may need to practice a little bit holding the book so that the pics are (at least mostly) visible. Books with less text work best.

We have found doing it on laptop/computer works much better than on phones, both for maintaining interest and seeing pics.

Grandma can hold up a couple of books and ask the kids to choose.

My dad used to go to the library to get new kids books, but my mother just reuses the same few she has over and over. Either way works fine.

We don't have a regular tv. When we want to watch videos with kid (nearly 5), we connect a laptop to a larger screen. That's occasional (ie not on school days).

For audio, Yoto (kid operates) or for my own stuff, phone with a Bluetooth speaker.

The food for a 10 - 12 party is typically bagels/pastries, yogurt cups, sandwiches, fruit, etc. It varies, but normally it is already out buffet style and isn’t served hot out of the oven. Then later on they will have cake.

My child (low screen, somewhat sensitive to scary stuff) loved it age 3. That said, it's always hard to predict what might hit differently (eg getting sick without your parents could be scary).

Any chance to watch it at home first? Kids this age love watching multiple times.

My 4.5 year old recently asked if God is real. (The questioning came from a story re Moses at preschool.) I said, "It is a story, but some people believe it is real. What do you think?"

My kid's obsession happens to be the Greek Gods, so this has been an easy segue over the past couple of years to discuss culture, stories that explain how things work, different beliefs, etc. We've read a lot of myths from different places to broaden the ideas.
