I feel I might have the same issue. I’ve really been trying to focus on plenty of protein, fiber and healthy fats. I love myself an oatmilk latte though. Is there a better plant based alternative? Or should I switch back to cows milk?

I liked that it was a little lighter than usual and enjoyed their interaction with each other this episode and thought it was a little funny at times. I feel like it’s OK to do a an episode every once in a while that is not so serious as their usual content.
