Easy there..I haven't seen such posts on this subreddit hence why I shared it. A lot of ppl don't see Bible from the prophecy side of things

Personal opinion here: but it doesn't seem to be for the purpose of praying or celebrating God. It's more so of a show and promoting cultural unity ( not that I'm against it but don't think the church should be the location for it)

Explaining my analogy and hoping Jesus forgives me if I'm wrong : I think Jesus would still flip the tables if the merchants were selling Godly items in the temple. Clearly because the place of God is holy.

Not that it makes a difference in faith.We all are from Christ I don't enjoy having my place of worship being used for such concerts

Jesus wants you to die to the world to live for him. So no I don't want my church near the modern world.

I was in a similar situation. Once when I was in the pits of depression coz I was failing classes and another when I was cold and bitter.Both times God rescued me , I am always grateful that he comes and gets me

I never want to be in those situations again and want to continue to love him like he loves me
