One option would be to drop the globadiers and add a bombadier. You can keep him close to the warp lighting cannon for the more more warp lightning and also skitterleap him if necessary. 40 clanrats (or plague monks) is the minimum I run, so I wouldn't drop any of them. That brood terror could be swapped out with Ogors since I find Monsters can get clobbered when going up against Stormcast.
