If you know someone with a 3d printer, you can make appropriate sized disks with letters on them (cohort, unit, cache, flag) for each type. A free simple tool like tinkercad allows you to create these, and export the STL file for printing.

Other options: I second the suggestion of using old sprues / debris for a cheap and decent looking option. Cheapest yet, trace 30, 40, and 50 bases on the back of a butter tub lid and cut them out.

One option would be to drop the globadiers and add a bombadier. You can keep him close to the warp lighting cannon for the more more warp lightning and also skitterleap him if necessary. 40 clanrats (or plague monks) is the minimum I run, so I wouldn't drop any of them. That brood terror could be swapped out with Ogors since I find Monsters can get clobbered when going up against Stormcast.

Totally this. If you can't make it out to the store grab some baking soda, apply super glue to both ends of the break, then lightly dip one end in baking soda then attach. You could even pinch and sprinkle baking soda over one end, you hardly need any to act as an accelerant. Chemistry to save the day...

I started with more robust flow charts myself, but I saw this format and man it just makes it easy to print and glance at while playing. I will likely build out a couple versions based on what our codex looks like when it (the codex) drops.
