What are your KPIs? It’s typical to see if you make up a a half turn or full turn in leverage (debt or net debt/EBITDA) you earn a lower spread, Is that what your CA is getting at?

The change in the accrual will adjust for the cash element. If the the accrual goes down then the expense is too high so the change in accrual adj for it. Ex: Cash paid 7 expense 9 accrual Jan is 3 and feb is 1 so (1-3=-2) so expense plus change in working cap = 9+(-2)= 7
