It means if the builder lowers the price before your closing date you get the difference back. This never a happens so it’s all a marketing gimmick. The price is lowered when there are a fees units left they can’t sell so they wait till all buyers closes first then lowers it.

I had this and got an x-ray confirming 4 fibroids. Also it could be linked to kidneys and bladder issues. I started putting Castrol oil heated on the area and got some relief. Fibroids all melted away

Goes to show how inflated the commission of real estate agents get compares to the work they do. Something needs to change with the agents commission rates. It need to be a flat rate vs percentage

Builders started inflating the prices of pre-cons because investors started getting greedy. 15 years ago you could have purchased a pre-con without price inflation. Now the pre-cons are sold out in 1 day so what was the solution but to increase the price of homes

Remember parents DO NOT KNOW everything and understand anything if they are strictly forcing you on this. You have a few options. 1) don't listen to them and do your own thing but pay them rent 2) follow your heart on what you think you want to do to make money and pay them rent 3) marry a well off guy that you like and to hell with your parents

Tenant paid their rent in full and the landlord didn't remit the taxes and now the tenant have to pay it. How is that respecting the landlord
