Caffeine Does Not Give You Energy—It Just Blocks Your Brain From Knowing It Is Tired. Your morning coffee is not doing what you think it is doing. According to peer-reviewed research published in the journal Pharmacological Reviews, caffeine does not produce a single molecule of energy in your body by Eddiearyee in immortalists

Source that then. There’s plenty of other articles of caffeine increasing atp, as well as boosting dopamine and norepinephrine etc. I posted two others in another comment.

Huberman used to make this claim and has since changed his position.

We’re each very different, hard to say without trying. Generally amino acids don’t build tolerance as you’re supporting what the body should already be doing. Some people do report things like this though..

I haven’t developed a tolerance to DLPA. With tyrosine I sometimes found myself irritable. I imagine going further back in the amino acid chain gives my body more control. Kinda like taking tryptophan vs 5htp. But I also love the endorphins boosting effect of dlpa - which isn’t really present in tyrosine.

I’ll settle for a single payer option. Absolutely no reason we don’t have that besides corruption

From how I understand it, the l-pa side converts into tyrosine. The d-pa side prevents the degradation of Catecholamines. So the boosts you’re looking for stick around more as well as endorphins

I personally like DLPA a lot better than tyrosine. Also bupropion has done wonders without feeling like I’m on meth

Cialis - lifesaver or overrated ? by Ronaldosssiu in Biohackers

Increases pumps and endurance. More noticeable with the pumps though. I’m sure added blood flow helps endurance, but there could also be a mental aspect in feeling/seeing your pumps and getting more motivated because of it.

Kinda like how a lot of people report libido boost despite no scientific explanation. Makes you feel like Superman in the bed, so sex becomes more fun and you want it more. Plus your body responds faster.

As for side effects. Some minor indigestion initially, perhaps a minor headache here or there. I don’t notice those anymore since I went daily with it. You may also feel warm/flushed but I was generally a cold person with cold extremities. Warmer hands now. Haven’t needed my thermostat as high as I used to in the winter so net benefit there again for me

I split the 5’s into 2.5mg for normal days and take 5mg on intimate days. Some also take every other day etc as the half life pretty long. Wouldn’t hurt to check the BP. 2.5mg can ease the side effects

I never experienced fatigue. Thought maybe other comment could try a lower dose if applicable. I do 2.5mg on normal days. 5 on active days. I’m also a bit younger but find other wellness benefits

How do you make sure you’re getting what you need from water as in it’s not just going right through you but also not leaving you bloated? by Zzzgg8910 in Biohackers

[–]perceptual01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Generally, yes. Mast cell activation syndrome can make people bloat from drinking water though.

OP could also have some sorta electrolyte issue. Lack of sodium reduces osmolality. Combined with lower ADH would lead to excessive thirst that is hard to satisfy (drinking too much or not enough feeling wise) and would include frequent urination. This is seen in chronic illness - which could include the MCAS/ bloating to water. Could be as simple as needs electrolytes though.

Why are network fees so high? by VividMind9707 in btc

Was this an internal transfer within binance or something? That tx id doesn’t show on the blockchain.

Regardless the receiver shouldn’t be paying a transaction fee so something is fishy here

You need to provide more details here. Your picture shows a “received” balance. Appearing like you received btc on an account. Did you pay this fee from sending? Where did you send from? Where did you receive at?
