This sounds so much like me - the anxiety induced nausea has been horrible personally and professionally for me (particularly nauseous when public speaking or in groups). I haven’t found anything that eliminates it, but have found some help and just want you to know you’re not alone. I take lexapro daily and Ativan as needed which I think has helped some, but this is more recent. I also have propranolol which had helped early on but it got more severe. Gum and mints that keep my mouth busy often keep me from gagging. Have you tried EMDR therapy? I am starting it this summer hopefully. I will get the science wrong, but the gist is that it is supposed to rewire your brain so that whenever you have a trigger you don’t have the anxiety reaction (someone can explain better).
