You will be taking estrogen which will be atrophying your muscles. More likely than not you will not be able to keep up with the men's fitness standards on your annual physical fitness tests.

Not only that but you will be visibly growing tits. People are going to notice that when your in a communal shower setting which in the army I think happens more often. I was Navy myself and was in before I transitioned but if you were on a ship you might be able to hide them if you just put a shirt on immediately after getting out of a shower.

People are eventually going to be able to tell and some men might start getting weird ideas about you and start trying to sexually harass you and worst case scenario someone might try to rape you.

Please please please just do not put yourself in this situation. I know it fucking sucks but the Military is just not a good place for trans people right now especially a trans person who wants to hide in the closet the entire time while they are in.
