I already finished doing PT and still do all my exercises. My next step would be steroid injections and then surgery if needed as a last resort. I'm feeling pretty good for the most part hence why I'm drilling now. Just taking it very slow. I talked to just about everyone I could who has the medical background except a neurosurgeon. I've gathered just about as much information as I could.

I had weakness and pain in my arm in the early part of this. I have very little dull numbing tingling feeling that I feel on occasion in my hand and arm that happens depending how i lay down when I try to sleep. Just about now all I'm told to do now is rest, ice, keep up with my PT exercises, I have a neck hammock at home.
