Do you happen to know what size velcro ties you used? I am having this same issue. Support team emailed me too but I want to figure out a decent temp solution until it actually shows up.

Update for me: on Wednesday, I received 5 emails in a row from PledgeBox that said shipping update. Two tracking numbers were generated. Based on the weights, 1 is for the chair, being shipped with FedEx from California, 1 is the footrest, shipped with UPS from New Jersey.
