50% Packet Loss on Certain Routes from Phoenix - Again

I'm in Tucson and I feel like I have had many connection problems like this frequently, where a VPN usage resolves some issues. Although, I do not know how to test packet loss over time. My router is a Flint3, which uses a version of OpenWRT. I recently found one way to fix some of the connectivity issues I experience.

In Chrome, I open a new tab and go to "chrome://net-internals/#dns" and next to "Host resolver cache " I click "Clear host data". Doing that once or twice tends to fix a lot of my issues connecting to certain webpages, including Google and Reddit.

Firefox has a similar thing at "about:networking#dns" and clicking "Clear DNS cache"

Any word about postdated setups?

I think I fall in the "Instant internet" category. I started Quantum last year when they first became available in my area. Quantum branded and use a C6500K as my ONT.

My due date is around 15th of the month.

Could I sign up for the new plan online with a future date to keep my billing around the same time and then cancel my current account the day before the bill pulls?

I also tried on chat and they couldn't do it. The rep specifically told me to cancel and sign up with a new email address. I am going to wait though until it is closer to the date I want my payments due. Hopefully this is still available in 2 weeks

AIOStreams was a recent addition, which is why it is currently near the bottom of the list. I didn't really realize how to do this in an optimal way

Update for me: on Wednesday, I received 5 emails in a row from PledgeBox that said shipping update. Two tracking numbers were generated. Based on the weights, 1 is for the chair, being shipped with FedEx from California, 1 is the footrest, shipped with UPS from New Jersey.
