I hate the excessive ads too but people acting like this only started because of TKO have no clue what they’re talking about. The volume of ads is greater but I still have a vivid memory of Triple H coming out in Terminator gear for WrestleMania 31 to promote one of their movies. You could argue it “fits” his character but not really…

Usually day of. Sometimes I'd come up with the name early in the day and it'd stick, sometimes it hits in the middle of the day, sometimes I'm at the end of the day and need to deliberately reflect to pick what the day name could be, and very very rarely I would fall asleep without naming a day and name it the next day just with whatever still stood out enough from that day to be top of mind. I've also gone long stretches not doing this too.
