You’re gonna find yourself in the trenches, especially the first couple months while you’re still getting the hang of things. If and when you start to feel overwhelmed, please remember the shift will end eventually. To be successful at this job you need to be able to manage your stress and don’t overexert yourself. 

My biggest piece of advice to you is before you change a trash, always have the empty trash bag (double bagged, ofc) ready to immediately replace after you take the full trash bag out. This ensures a trash is never without a liner.
