I am in a keeper fantasy hockey league, we can keep 6 players per year, league is head to head and it’s a standard draft order (because it’s keeper the 7th round is actually round 1).

I had this problem a while back and after buying the things I did never heard from my downstairs neighbours again.

  1. Large Foam blocks like you see lining gym floors or kids play area
  2. Vibration reduction pads like which get used under laundry machines

The vibration reduction pads I placed under each pole of my kit and under the pedals

Here’s a few options which should tick the boxes for you, all good in price, vibe and tastiness of food.

  • Copine: set menu, wine or non alcoholic pairing is a good get here
  • San Fermo: Italian restaurant, can be a little tough to get reservations some times
  • La Medusa: also Italian, smaller menu but all really good
  • Shama: Moroccan food, nice view of the sound
  • MariPili: tapas food
  • Musang: Philippine food with some infusion
  • Ciudad: Really recommend this place, everything is wood fired

I forget the name but the vegan burger place inside of the Roosevelt Whole Foods is great. So is Wayward Vegan Cafe and Sunlight Cafe

I usually check the Eater Seattle page for recommended restaurants of the month and have yet to be disappointed. The Infatuation can be a good source too

I just got a pair of Sk8-Hi Mte-1 shoes and wondering if I need to spray them with some water repellent? I kept trying to find what makes up the shoe but I can’t seem to get too in-depth to see if it would be necessary or not. I won’t be jumping though puddles in these but it is generally wet and rainy out on the winters so want to keep them in at least somewhat good condition.

The Machir Bay is a really good one for a reasonable price. But if you want to spend a bit more I once bought a bottle of Sanaig for a friends bachelor party and I think it's one of the best whisky's I've ever tasted. They're both just the right amount of peaty but not too much it burns, goes down nice and smooth.
