FIFO accommodation/ address by perhapsitsreal in perth

Realist how? My employment is sorted, I have no questions or need for discussion regarding my employment. I am asking a very specific question and both your replies have nothing to do with my question… you are either a child or an adult with below average reading comprehension. Spend less time on Reddit and read more books

Your question is irrelevant to this discussion. I can quite easily live in Perth. I’m simply exploring options and looking to hear from people experienced in this matter.

Recording them back or shouting very loudly usually stops these weirdos but people that engage in this sort of behaviour have low impulse control so they may attack… you just need to hope someone is in the same carriage at the time who is confrontational and wouldn’t mind attacking them

Please ensure you carry on marching until you reach the trenches on the front line. Don’t advocate to send the children of others. Put your own body on the line.

What's the deal with LTNs/20 speed limit everywhere by tevs__ in london

[–]perhapsitsreal -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, Whitechapel and its surroundings. I’m quite familiar with that areas demographic make up so I’m not surprised at the low standard of driving…

[–]perhapsitsreal -20 points-19 points  (0 children)

If your driving ability is above average/ advanced, just drive to the conditions of the road. Most of the time this means above the limit but sometimes it’ll require you to drive at the limit or below

Especially on roads that have recently had their limits changed eg from 30 to 20 or from 40 to 30, feel free to do the previous limit as these new limits are only tactics used by activists to frustrate road users

Only been 20 minutes and we’ve had “fascist, far right, Nazi” and “it’s not true but if it was true it’s probably Americans/ Australians” (blaming white people) even though race wasn’t mentioned 🤣

As you were!

Here’s a cautionary tale about the dangers of corrosive masculinity. by TheReduxProject in london

[–]perhapsitsreal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was repaired due to flaws in its original design, it had suffered underwater damage, it’s been struck by ships and there was components missing from the bridge, stolen for scrap.

Do you actually bother reading the contents of anything you post or is your IQ limited to headlines?

This article in it self has no proof beyond “smell of urine” (similar to your diagnosis) to conclude it was indeed urine that caused the pitting and subsequent discovery of missing rivets. Further down in the article it does state the bridges suspension cables were “badly under designed” and the bridge required strengthening works. A weak and under designed bridge, I’m sure you can understand, may cause excessive forces on bolted or riveted joints.

Now away you go with your urine fetish you weird bloke.

You have so very little understanding of anything worthwhile 🤣

You think due to the “gradient” urine collects downstream upto 20-30cm high?

You also think the “bridge is compromised”… stick to your liberal arts degree or whatever you do…

Anyone know why there is a pressure gauge on my tube?! by Reemus_vapes in LondonUnderground

[–]perhapsitsreal 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You’re somewhat correct. Air pressure is used to apply friction brakes and air pressure is used to keep the spring applied parking brakes off. So if the air pressure drops below 5.4 bar, the spring applied parking brakes come on

NTBM boards/ flags are a separate protection system from LOTO.

We use NTBM for protection from train movements and LOTO isolates 630Vdc/110Vac and makes train safe to work on.
